Meena Bisujaksha is a finance professional and she primarily focuses on areas of Business & Financial Planning, Strategy, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Procurement, and Treasury & Risk Management. A graduate from ICFAI University, Meena holds a Master in Business Administration with a Finance specialization, and has worked at the helm of finance divisions across the Software, Manufacturing and Education sectors.

As the Founder and Chairperson, Nandita provides the vision and direction for The PRactice. Her views on public relations, based on over 25 years of experience, continue to shape the vision of the firm and influence several of its best campaigns. Nandita is focused on establishing a culture of continuous leadership through mentoring and coaching, fostering intrapreneurship and exploring collaborations with affiliates to prepare The PRactice for future growth.

Nandita has two decades of experience as a writer/journalist across print and digital, in addition to spending 6 years with Google India. Prior to joining The PRactice, Nandita was Deputy Editor, Mint, writing on technology, IT companies and services and start-ups. She also worked on the website (livemint.com) and has a good understanding of how print, digital and social media work. Nandita has also worked at the erstwhile Google AdWords and has a strong understanding of the space.

Prasad Karat’s understanding of public relations comes from his rich experience working with clients ranging from enterprise software, technology infrastructure, artificial intelligence mobility, and consumer durables. Having worked with a wide spectrum of brands and sectors, he has successfully led client mandates across strategic media relations, stakeholder engagement, research and analysis, and internal communications.

Sudipta Gupta brings in an experience of close to 14 years in Human Resources and has been with The PRactice since 2010. Her role involves being a strategic advisor on people matters and driving large initiatives like succession, career planning, leadership development and addressing organizational challenges and issues. Prior to working with The PRactice she has experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions across several firms in the IT Industry.

Manish Michael is the founder of Senior Ji, India’s only social enterprise focused on promoting the health and happiness of older adults through curated physical activities. He has over two decades of experience in working with non-profit organizations and corporations on meaningful stakeholder engagement and the deployment of CSR grants. Manish has also served as CEO of United Way India, where he launched and led multiple community campaigns. He is passionate about nurturing social initiatives, scaling up not-for-profit organizations and advising businesses on community investments.

Her last stint was as the President and Managing Partner of DDB Mudra Group North, where she played a large role in integrating all the offerings of the group, like media, digital, healthcare, outreach, outdoor and retail.
